I have a full-time corporate job and needed a shoe that transitions from corporate to restaraunt. I LOVE the look and feel of the shoe. Very comfortable and easy to clean. The only downside is the ridges at the top of the sole tend to get stuck with food, but I think all SFC shoes have this.
I previously had a payless shoe that would rub my big toe so much I'd lose a sock a shift. I also noticed my SFC have better slip resistance then my old shoes. Love my SFC and never going back to payless again!

Just bought these. Purchasing and Shipping was easy and as stated. Shoes a little stiff at first. Comfortable after a couple days. Bought these before and would buy again.

Model: "CAMBRIDGE" _ No discomfort at all right out of the box. A great value! ---
I have owned 3 pairs of this same model and cannot complain at all about the overall comfort or the water resistance of this shoe. My only complaint would be the eventual complete separation of the sole from the upper all along the front edge. It was only then that to my surprise my socks suddenly became soaked when walking over hosed down floors. Although stitched through from beneath, the stitching finally gave way on my last 2 pairs. However, this was not until the tread of the soles had also worn down past the grid at several spots - so these shoes were really due for replacement, anyway. Buyers may find it interesting to note that the uppers still looked fine after a year or more in a typically wet and greasy kitchen floor environment, thus the true wear to the soles was never even noticed... and they still continued to prevent any noticeable slipping even on polished tile.
Typical wear on 2 pairs worn over smooth quarry tile floors was over 18 months for each. The last pair, worn mainly on coarse bare concrete floors, was just less than 1 year. I think this can be considered perfectly acceptable longevity for ANY daily work shoes. I plan to order the same model again.

I'm working 70 hours per week and comfort is a quality that i'm looking in shoes. The comfort is lacking, but the slip-resistance is perfect!

As an employee of the Red Cross I need a shoe that looks professional in the office but provides safety in the field around house fires that have been drenched in water and during floods from heavy rains and hurricanes. This shoe fits the bill perfectly.
