I purchased a dozen CrewGuards for my floor crew employees (stripping & waxing floors). Floors with stripping solution on them are some of the slipperiest things around. These overshoes work like magic. My crews were sliding around before in tennis or work shoes before but not now. When wearing CrewGuards its almost like a magnet. I have trouble finding shoes that offer me the correct support and stability for my feet, but are also slip-resistant. The non slip tread on these things are amazing. I work in an auto shop where oil and various automotive fluids on the floor make it very dangerous to walk around. I love these things! I have had mine for 2 years and they have held up really well. They are completely slip-resistant. I will be buying another pair because mine did eventually get a tear in the bottom, but for the price you can't beat them. Not to mention that I've gotten a lot of wear out of them before they got the tear. I would say they are a very wise purchase to anyone working in food service!

Excellent product. You cannot do anything to "beautify" them. They do look clunky over your shoes, but that is a small price to pay over the instant protection they offer. You cannot slip, even if you try.
