A Must-Have Shoe for Hospitality Pros
I’ve worked long shifts in hospitality for years, and the Shoes for Crews Stumptown are easily the best work shoes I’ve owned. The slip-resistance is real (not just marketing) — I’ve walked across wet tile, greasy kitchen floors, and busy FOH spaces without thinking twice.
They’re surprisingly lightweight considering how durable they feel, and the cushioning is exactly what you want when you're on your feet 8–12 hours. Zero break-in time — I wore them straight from the box to a full shift and had no discomfort.
If your job keeps you moving, turning, carrying trays, or even in and out of the back kitchen, these are absolutely worth it. A work shoe that actually holds up and protects you.
