Same boots, different durability?
So, same boots I've ordered in the past, a size half bigger, my previous boots which were the rowan II, lasted me for the past 3 years, happy enough to have them last that long, recently ordered the SAME pair and unfortunately, less than a month and my boot somehow, some way, already has a rip or tear somewhere near the arch of the boot, at first I genuinely though my usual kitchen cleaning routine was nothing unusual, until I got home only to realize my LEFT foot felt like it was soaked. Now I love this company for providing not only safe working shoes but also BOOTS something I, might just be looking at the wrong places, truly enjoy knowing I have access to working boots for the kitchen. However, the reason that is obvious for 3 stars, how can you give a customer the same product, same materials, slight different size and i just doesn't even last for more than a month, alongside the price tag you put on the Rowan II? One I genuinely feel robbed because there is no replacement sizes and by the next warehouse fill, my return/exchange windows will already be pulled, writing this as of April, 12, 2026. I understand the times we are going through but if I can't get the same type of product, for the same price, but the durability is barely a month, when my last pair lasted me 3 years in the kitchen I work for? You guys are a LEADING competitor for non-slip work boots. Please, continue to provide the NECESSARY service as food workers require. Non-slip, durable working shoes/boots.
