Shipping returns need work.
The original shoe came when expected, but the replacement size hasn't arrived yet. It's been about 7 days with no return showing. I'm getting emails saying product not received. We sent the shoes through a FedEx site, but that didn't seem to work. Make sure you get the right size the first time, because if you do an exchange, expect delays. Hopefully we get the new shoes at some point.
