The shoe is has decent arch support but is very hard and heavy for valets to wear. The shoe itself can wear out the person by its sheer weight. I had to by Dr. Schoels in order to soften the inside of the shoe. It does prevent slipping fairly well, but I am constantly running back and forth from the front of the hotel to the garage. The weight is the big problem for these shoes. I can overlook the non-cushioned insole but the weight is not a good quality.

Best shoe I have ever purchased from SFC. Right out of the box, this shoe fit perfect, I wore it all day walking. Seriously comfortable.

Great lightweight pair of shoes. Slip resistance is great also! I am very rough on shoes and these fit the bill!

Still breaking in these shoes. I work on a polished cement floor 6-8 hours a day. The shoe slid around on the floor the first day but has gotten better with wear. Awesome arch support!

I bought these a while back and they held up well for almost a year. The soles are still almost new even now, however the stiching on the toe piece has finally worn out and is separating. These shoes are nice enought to wear out after work and still do the job while at work!

I wore these shoes for 7 1/2 months. I wore them everywhere, not just work. They were very comfortable. But they started to come apart at the end of 6 months. I decided to try the Marathon model and Alto model which just arrived today. I am going to alternate weekly to see which model I like best. I tried both models on and both seem to be very comfortable.

On my feet 8 hrs a day. These shoes are pretty comfy. I have to wear men's so they are heavy but very doable.
