These shoes didn't need to be broken in before I wore them to work. They are so comfortable that all my female employees now want to buy them.
New Balance has always made great shoes. For the Restaurant Worker's, I highly recommend you pay the price for these shoes. They are great.

I love this shoe!! I'm a cook and on my feet all day!! The pain in my feet was terrible , but thank god I found a shoe that I can work in all day with no pain!!!! This new balance shoe is great!! Memory foam not to great.
Memory foam stayed flat after a month of use. Memory foam came apart where my heel is within a month. The memory foam has a silky texture so my foot would slide forward and my toe would hit the front of the shoe from the inside.

Great Shoe
Finally found a shoe that keeps my feet from hurting after cooking all day at the hospital BUT it is so EXTREMELY DISHEARTENING when I go to purchase another pair and they don't have my size.

THE NOTE ON THE WEBSITE SAID TO ORDER THIS A HALF SIZE LARGER THAN NORMAL. I DID AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY. THE VERY BEST SHOES I HAVE EVER PURCHASED THROUGH SHOES 4 CREWS. I HAVE HAD BACK AND KNEE PAINS FOR FOUR YEARS AND THESE SHOES HELP SO MUCH WITH THAT

I would have liked these shoes if I got them a whole size larger than just the half size they suggested. My toes ended up busting through the tops and they killed my big toes. I feel if I would have had time to exchange them, they would have proven to be an amazingly comfortable shoe for how much I am on my feet at work.
