Poor Refund/Exchange experience
These shoes are very expensive water socks. They’re nice water socks, but after working a shift in them I decided I needed to get some shoes with support.
The refund/return process was impossible. The Shoes for Crews confirmation emails link to the internet and after you get your shoes the web order number and/or confirmation number that is required to return the shoes disappears. Luckily I saved a pic of the confirmation email, then proceeded with the process and was sent three times to a blank screen that won’t load.
I ordered another pair of shoes and just gave up and kept the super expensive water socks. Please do better.
Shoes for crews is known for quality shoes, but the return exchange process is sus, and I’ve lost a little respect for them. Next time I’ll buy in store at a local store so I can feel them and try them before I purchase because the return process for shoes for crews is designed to discourage returns and exchanges.

Snug in a way
Overall great shoe. I don't use them as work shoes because I'm a dishwasher and they'd get flooded with water, insoles are replaceable to fit your comfort but they are a little tight by the toes. Great leasure shoe but wouldn't recommend for working on restaurants

i purchase mine...and they are to small my feet are on fire...i may either try a bigger size or different shoe..my feet are so flat..nice work shoes for sure..and they run small for sure..if yu wear like a 13 get a bigger size

Beware!
These run small! I wish there was a review before I bought them. Mine are too small and the exchange would cost me out of pocket. I have to keep them.😫
