Awesome shoes!!
Best Shoes For Crews shoes ever! I work as a CNA, so I am on my feet and back and forth quite a bit. These shoes are super comfortable and the waterproofing works. The non-slip is great and as an added bonus, the tread is rough enough to make good winter shoes also. My go to shoe from now on.

Restuarant manager true test.
Strong start, they were amazing and comfortable. They are not very slip resistant; I have to watch my step. After 3 months they have an odor, I clean them and don't have issues with odor in my shoes normally. I think it's due to water getting in the shoes when we clean the floors. The cushioning has dissipated as well.

Slip n slide
I agree with other reviewer. Shoes look great and are pretty perfect. Should order a 1/2 size larger than you normally would because they can pinch your feet as they have little give. BUT, terrible in a food service environment. The slip resistant new pattern is horrible. If you step on anything other than a clean or half dried floor you will be slipping and sliding with little to no control whatsoever. Had to exchange mine because of it.

Torn in the middle
I'm torn about these shoes. Comfort level is great. I have feet problems and these have helped with the pain. My feet aren't in massive amounts of pain after work. I'm on my feet all day and constantly walking and going up stairs. These shoes are also great on being waterproof. Oil and water get on them and I've never had anything soak through. My only complaint with these shoes is they are probably one of the worst shoes I have had for being slip resistant. I change oil all day and I'm constantly sliding and slipping.

Not safe for working in slippery conditions!!!
I am a customer for shoe for crew for 10 years and usually wear slip resistant because I work in the restaurant industry. I loved to wear Newbalance slip resistant because of the style sport athlete and easy to wear. But during winter time, I don't want to have two pairs of shoes even though I live and work in Wyoming and you know how winters are here, seriously!!
So, I go through with this Dart 4SG description and is best and suit for winter snow weather conditions. Long story short, after wearing a couple of months, it really seriously is not slip resistant and not safe for work on slippery areas and the design of slip resistant pattern is terrible wrong. First the shoe is heavy and big so it can protect you from some incident but about the slip resistant condition, I tried on many surface such as water, snow and was never safe for me. It is only good on dry surface. I am really disappointed with this shoe and I won't wear it anymore.

Not non slip
This shoe is not slip resistant on any surface. I was excited to get these after reading the description but was let down. Don’t waste your money
