We offer three program types, designed to fit a variety of companies and their safety goals: Company-paid, subsidy and payroll deduction.
Company-Paid: Employers pay the entire cost of slip-resistant footwear for their teams for maximum safety. There is no out-of-pocket cost to employees for maximum participation and slip-and-fall protection.
Subsidy: Companies partially underwrite the cost of safety footwear and employees cover the rest. Subsidies are fully controlled by employers and built into your program, including the amount that’s covered and how often the subsidy is renewed.
Voluntary Payroll Deduction: Employees pay for their own footwear through installments deducted from payroll. Shoes For Crews’ platform integrates with HR and payroll systems for ease of ordering and allows employees to spread out the cost of footwear across paychecks.
Small Business: For companies with fewer program-eligible employees, we offer a self-service solution that allows employees to pay for their own footwear via credit card. Shoes For Crews provides onboarding materials, quick order guides and access to online ordering for ease of use.
Our managed programs include discounted pricing, dedicated account management, online ordering, participation reporting, slip-and-fall warranty and marketing support to drive program adoption and produce results.
