Ordering a 2nd pair...
These shoes SAVED MY LIFE! I had uncharacteristic feet, knee and back pain for a couple months, to the point where I was about to schedule an doc’s appt. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 11 years and never had I had pain like that after a long shift. Then it dawned on me it might be my shoes. They were from a different company, but I’d only had them for 5 months...got these, wore then right out of the box and had immediate relief during my shift. My pain has completely gone away and I’ve been wearing these daily for about a month. They are stylish and SO SO comfortable. Lesson learned - I will only buy SFC from now on and am definitely ordering a 2nd pair of these.

Great find for a great price
I ordered a wide width at assuming that the regular would run small. The wide was too big so I took advantage of the fast lane return process that was super fast and easy. I exchanged for a medium width and they were delivered in like 2 days. These fit great. I just wore them in the house to do housework. Can't wait to wear them to work. I work in property management and often have to walk the property. I needed a comfortable show to wear with slacks that wasn't sneakers and also not ugly. Lol These are perfect and I highly recommend Shoes for Crews. Affordable prices, quality shoes for a variety of careers.

Comfortable fit
This shoes fit perfectly on the first wear. Because they are so comfortable, I decided to wear them to work without breaking them in first. At the end of my 8 hour shift, the shoes still felt comfortable. As I walked across the kitchen’s greasy floor and the wet floor, the shoes proved to be slip resistant.

Comfortable but weird fabric
I put these shoes on and the soles feel very comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised. However, the fabric that is for the top part of the shoe is very thin, and I don't know why it bothers me, but I can see my toe poking the shoe which would otherwise be a smooth area. I guess the shoe conforms to my foot? I have my correct size and it feels like if I went up in size they would be too big. Even with a sock on it seems like this shoe would be the correct fit but I'm worried about this thin fabric on the top of the shoe.

Stylish and comfortable
Loved the look of these and the fact that they come in a wide width. SFC non-slip has always been my top choice (this is my third pair from this site).
These shoes are light-weight, good for long banquet hours. I also feel like I could wear these with literally anything. They just look like nice leather loafers and not so much like work shoes.
There is no give in the leather, so getting them on over my heel takes a bit of a wiggle, but once on, no issues. Great fit.

Great
I've been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and these shoes are amazing. I didnt have to break them in which I've had to do to every shoe I've ever bought. Very comfortable and soft.

Decent, but needs work
Hello,
I am a bartender and server who loves some SFC products like the Ollie II, but this one needs a little work to be better for more people.
I mentioned a similar issue in the Tessa shoe, that I found in this shoe:
The outer sole structure is too soft and bouncy, which offers not firm, structural support for the ankles.
I'll wear these shoes for a short shift, but not a long shift, because then my heels, ankles, achilles tendon feel strained and fragile by the end of a long shift.
Also, with the raised heel, you don't need the heel of the insole to be very thick.
I removed the manufacturers insole and put in my own to try to sync it up with my needs.
Also, regarding the outer material, it stretches out really fast and warps a little and starts to look saggy in the big toe area.
I thought these would be good professional looking shoes for days when I have to dress up sharper, and that worked for a little bit. I'll probably ditch them in a couple of months.

COMFY!
I love them! These are "nothing" shoes-- not a lot of structure up top, so I use a shoehorn to protect the heel counter. Not a lot under the foot (minimal padding), lots of contact and awareness of the floor and what's on it. Nothing tight and constricting over the top of the foot. As close to canvas dollar store sneakers as I've ever had from SFC. I used to work 12 for shifts in those. And I used to commute 2 miles walking in flip flops "uphill bothj ways"-- a mile up and a mile down. I prefer barefooting over big puffy marshmallow-y athletic shoes. So these are GREAT for me.
