buy Size Down, a bit heavy but definitely durable
Size down for sure and they are pretty heavy for the food industry because of the composite toes. They are very durable so they definitely last you but they just arent comfortable for people who are on their feet for a long time.

Females ..definitely order a WHOLE size down.
I had to return. I ordered these without fully reading the description. Which was completely my fault. These are actually pretty cute non-slip shoes, if you are in need of the composite toe. They are quite heavy and seemed like they would be super durable. For females, I definitely recommend a FULL size smaller. And not just a half size like SFC suggests. I have a normal foot…not too wide or too narrow. But these were still huge on me when I tried them on. Just a recommendation to save someone else the hassle and time of having to exchange them

Looks are deceiving
I guess I didn’t read properly I did not realize they where steal toe or composite toe. They are very heavy. I got a 7 1/2 and they are huge and heavy. It’s almost a size too big when 7 1/2s usually fit perfectly. They are a hard material to clean. I usually throw my mesh style shoes in the washer but I don’t dare with this pair. But my feet don’t hurt they do have good support despite being a size too big.

I had to reorder it twise as the size didn’t fit. I usually wear 8.5 but had to get 7.5 and waiting for over a month for it to be delivered. Then I worked a 6 hours shift wearing them and they were sooooo uncomfortable.

Even 1/2 a size smaller was too big
I ordered 1/2 a size smaller than my normal shoe size as recommended and the shoe is still too big. Fairly uncomfortable overall, I stand for long periods of time and have many blisters and callouses on my feet after wearing these shoes, even with two pairs of socks. Not what I expected from this brand.
