Easy to get on an off with the zipper
Bought 3 different pairs of boots theses are by far the best of all 3 pairs break-in time was less than expected wear them everyday to work feet are not sore after work

Had to go down half a size
Had the boots for 2 months now. Still holding up. I haven't experienced any zipper issues, fabric deterioration, or leather creasing like other reviews mentioned. They *are* waterproof and slip resistant. Although they fit well and comfortably, they're not the most supportive on your feet. I'm 130 lbs and I had foot indentions in the cushioning after my first shift wearing them. But my feet and body aren't hurting after an 8 hour shift on my feet, either. I'm satisfied with them.

Not what I hoped
Ordered these about a month ago and put them to work immediately. Out of the box they are rather comfortable, but lack a lot of arch support. The side zipper feature is nice, as long as you don't get the material behind the zipper caught in it, and it will. There is also no counter cover inside the the boot, and the inner lining is quite cheap. So after about a month of work I have already worn through the lining at the heel. The leather quality seems decent, it creased and wrinkled rather fast, but no cracks or damage. Have not gotten wet yet to test the water resistance.
