decent shoe
I got these just before COVID hit. I've continued to work all through the pandemic but the work is greatly reduced and therefor i know I'm not putting as much wear and tear on these as I would pre-pandemic. That being said, they have lasted for almost 2 years and are still going strong. The tread is lasting really well, they are comfortable, stylish enough. The laces will wear faster than the shoes so if you like them well enough, just buy new laces. As with all non slip shoes in my experience they will get a bit smelly after a few long days of use, but if you have decent hygiene and maybe even use a shoe spray it should be fine. They don't smell as bad as other shoes I've gotten.

Amazing shoe! The best I've ever purchased!
The Mozo Finn II is the best shoe I have ever bought from Shoes for Crews. I own the original Mozo Finn and I loved those as well. But the Finn II goes above and beyond. These shoes needed zero time to break in. It's as though Mozo had someone break them in for you! Amazing comfort and weight. They also seem very durable. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day and 50 hours a week with no pain. I was originally skeptical because you can not add your own inserts. But that turned out to be no problem, the shoe already comes with great insoles!

Not up to par with original Finn
I gave 3 stars because they're Super soft and comfy to start. And if you're more petite than my big-bodied, big-footed self, and you don't get sweaty feet, these shoes will probably be AMAZING for you.
BUT for me, A couple hours into my shift my feet started feeling mushy. I also don't think the style is as appealing as the original Finn. At least not on my big feet. I never had these problems with the original Finn shoes. I would love to see the Original Finn come back. I would buy two pairs to stock up if I knew they existed.
I'm going to say I'll recommend this shoe to a friend, but that really only means if they meet the criteria I mentioned above.
I'll always try to buy from shoefor crews. I have for years. the customer service has always been excellent. I hope I can find another shoe I like here, because the Finn was my all time favorite shoe.

Perfect serving/bartending shoe!!
Refused to trade in my slip on vans as a bartender due to the fact I thought they were comfy and fit my feet well. Boy, was I wrong!! After slipping these bad boys on for the first time I will never go back! Feels like my feet are in a soft silky cloud all day with no aches or pain! You won’t regret buying these!!

Will buy again and again!
Im super picky and spent alot of time shopping around and researching. Fit great right out of the box, no break in time, zero fatigue being on my feet all day. Im an area manager in and out of many restaurants a day as well as meetings and other businesses, they offer great street style plus utility. Only negative is the white sole isnt very resistant to staining and scuffs, but it cleans off with a magic eraser.

Needs time to break in
50+/wk on my feet in fast-paced restaurant. Didn’t start feeling comfortable until week 3. Shoe would cut into Achilles area during that time and laces would come undone due to them being inflexible straight out of the box. Now the shoes feel good. But it will take a while so if you’re looking for immediate comfort, then choose something else.

Laces wore out after 4 months
I like the look and feel of these shoes for the most part but what I found annoying is that after 4 months of wear the laces began to fray and there’s no option to buy laces from the manufacturer. I would give a higher rating if the laces weren’t an issue/impossible to replace.
