it’s comfortable but you will slip on wet & ice
i bought this one because it says it works on 4 season but it’s not, i slip on the ice and wet floor when one of my co staff were mopping the floor. this shoe is comfortable but you will slip on the floor unlike the other shoes for crews brand. i hope you will improve the outsoles and should the just like the shoe’s for crew endurance outsoles. the grip of the sole is not working on wet floor.

Not slip proof!
These shoes are very comfortable but they are no good as far as slip resistant, they are ok until you hit a wet patch and I was sliding all over the place. Otherwise.i love the shoe

These shoes are not slip-resistant, making them unsafe for use in a restaurant environment. Additionally, they are heavy and uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. I do not recommend them for restaurant staff.

these shoes are way to high priced for the comfort of this shoe i dont recommend these to anyone they are not worth $100 + Iam very unhappy with this shoes ive wore them for about a month to see if i could break em in but nope they are so uncomfortable everytime i sit dwn i have to take em off

Worst shoes I’ve ever had

Not non-slip at all!
These shoes are not non-slip at all! The first time I wore it I thought it would be because it had that squeeky grip on dry tiles, but once I was mopping the kitchen floors at work, I was slipping. Even the tiniest water spill will make you slip while wearing these shoes. I don't like this 4SG feature at all. My SFC shoe that I had before this one, I could wear outside in the snow and slush and not slip at all, but not this one.

bruised feet
i ordered a size up like they said, but the shoes still bruised both of my feet.
