Everything you need comes with the shoe box We provide a FREE PRE-PAID return shipping label to easily ship your purchase back to us. Simply indicate if you want a Free Exchange or an E-Z Return Refund on the enclosed form.

Free Exchanges

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer free shipping both ways on exchanges by providing you with a pre-paid return shipping label with every order.

E-Z Returns When requesting a refund, SFC will gladly refund your shoe purchase price less a $7.95 per pair processing fee and your original shipping cost.

How to return or exchange your purchase:

  1. Fill in the required information on your Free Exchange / E-Z Return Form, and place it in the box with your shoes.


  2. Place the PRE-PAID return shipping label on the outside of the box. Be sure to keep a record of the tracking number of the shipping label.


  3. Give the box to Purolator. Click here to find a location near you. (Note: Boots boxes are too large to fit in Purolator drop boxes.)
