Good ole flat sole shoes!
Now they aren't zero drop nor are they barefoot shoes and they also have insoles, but they are flat enough that your feet, legs and lower back won't hurt by standing/walking 5+ hours in them.

Great fitting slip-on skate shoes
Cons: They're skate shoes, they have flat soles and zero arch, and that's the design.
Pros: They are sized properly, even in wide! These are the best fitting skate shoes I've ever had. Great grip and water resistant too.
