great for walking for work
great shoes for constant walking. i work in Wegman's cart 2 curb as a shopper. using other shoes hurt a lot but when i use these shoes i feel great walking. i usually put 20,000 steps in day so this helps immensely.

New balance now has slip resistance!
Finally found shoes that fits my needs during my 10 hour shift. I have wide feet so it fits perfectly not like those slim shoes. Also new balance always feels comfortable especially on long walks and standing all night. Its a relief they made nonslip shoes to wear in the kitchen. I no longer have sore feet at the end of the shift.

These are the only shoes I have been able to wear on the hard cement floor. You will get a hole in the top, from your toe(s) - solution I got patches from Amazon. They work great and solve the problem. I have had 4 pairs now. I do wish they lasted longer, but I walk a lot at work. No sneaker lasts forever. I go through roughly 2-3 pairs per year.
