Soft& comfortable
Shoes are super soft and I can walk 8 hrs w/o any problems or pain on my feet. I use them at work where I do long walks or sometimes standing for long periods of time.

My second pair great for normal to wide feet
I am in my second pair I’m 6 foot 250lbs and I have plantar fasciitis and it’s painful, this shoe was almost therapeutic for my foot no pain in foot no pain in legs ( no stiff calf’s or ankles) no tender bones at the top of the foot no pain in my lower back i ordered these last year in June if that lets you know how long they last they did they faired just ok in Portland, IYKYK the the white foam started to breakdown in appearance as well as internal structural supportive integrity because my my foot pain is slowly coming back also buy some water and dirt repellent spray I hope and pray that shoe for crews can improve this shoe make the kitchen safe like a higher profile for the ankles the kitchen corners and walking freezers hurt and water proof these blow the pinnacle runner out of the water if you have wide or normal feet or foot problems do yourself a favor don’t hesitate I have a feeling that shoes for crews might discontinue themðŸ˜

FINALLY comfortable SFC shoes!!
I get a stipend toward SFC every year with my company, so I have tried many different pairs of shoes from here, poring over the reviews to make sure I'll actually get a comfortable pair to be on my feet 8+ hours and walking easily 12,000 steps a day. I've always been disappointed, but these Johan shoes are so comfortable!! Super cushioned, they're really soft to walk on but still offer support. They're also lightweight and just stylish enough to go with our casual wear dress code. My only complaint is the laces are terrible lol, just thin and too short. But those are easy to replace for cheap. The width is so-so but it's better than previous ones I've gotten! I'm just impressed by these after so many uncomfortable SFC shoes. Great for retail/food service, I bet nurses/hospital staff would like them too.

One of the Most Comfortable Shoes I’ve Ever Worn…
Think of the most comfortable shoes you’ve ever worn, then add slip resistance. These are on-par with, if not greater than, the comfort of brands such as Hoka or Oofos.
I bought my pair from Amazon, but directly from the Shoes for Crews store on there. I bought the black color and it looks very stylish!
These have a lot of “bounce”/cushioning while walking and standing, and are extremely lightweight.
These are also great to use as Food Service shoes, where obviously a lot of slips and spills can happen.
I did a direct comparison of these Johans with a couple different Skechers that have the “MaxCushion” and “ArchFit” technologies… and there was no comparison. Instantly I could tell a difference… both of the Skechers felt hard on my feet, while these Johans felt like walking on clouds.
Not only are these Johans great work/slip resistance shoes, they’re also one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, in general.

Could be better
A little on the heavier side, decent support, run a little on the small side. If your feet swell, get wide. Good slip resistance. ( Especially in the Dish room)
