Great style terrible slip resistance
Five stars for comfort and style. One star for slip resistance. These are the most slippery shoes I have ever owned. They weren’t great from day one and almost unusable after month one. I can’t believe they are branded as slip resistant.

Not slip resistant
I'm surprised Shoes for Crews is selling these as a slip resistant shoe. You have to very careful how you step and walk if you are walking on a damp surface or any surface that might have oil on it. I've always worn the Cole Hann SFCs in the restaurant, but got these as a cheaper alternative, but these loose their "slip resistance" after only a couple months of normal wear despite the tread barely being worn down. Already received a replacement pair and the replacement pair has the same issue. Going back to the Cole Hanns.

All thought the shoes are comfortable and stylish the shoes are not good on wet or damp floors like the BOH

The back of the show digs into your ankle. Also shoe runs big, I ordered a size 12 but I had to reorder a half size less. Also beware that these shoes TAKE FOREVER TO BREAK IN. Your feet will hurt within the first day. I would not recommend for someone who is on their feet from more than 3 hours.
