I’ve had these boots since maybe November or December 2024, and now in April 2025, I can honestly say they’ve held up amazingly. I work six nights a week in a fast-paced, upscale Italian restaurant in the Midwest, and these boots have seen everything—blizzards, rain, mud, and slick kitchen floors.
They’re incredibly slip-resistant, durable, and surprisingly comfortable—even with my foot issues. Crease marks have shown up with heavy use, but that’s expected and doesn’t affect performance at all. I’ve been buying from this company for years, and they’ve never let me down. Definitely worth the price

Great shoes for long hours
Not sure what the 1 star reviews are talking about. The shoe is not cheaply made. Real leather uppers and an amazing amount of padding for those long hours. I am 6'2" 245lb and I feel like I am walking on clouds. I get lots of comments on the look of the shoes as well, but that is secondary to the fit and comfort. Highly recommend.

Good look bad sole
The shoe is a very good looking shoe it fits great but it does not grip at all. i wore them a week thinking that they needed to be broken in. Something I've never done with shoes for crews. The sole has the same area of coverage that other model sold by shoes for crews.

Poor quality
The rubber of the sole lining is disintegrating. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the shoe. I've had them for 6 months and already need to buy a new pair. NOT WORTH THE $. Probably better buying the Cole Haan version.

Slippery
Super slippery shoe looks great super comfortable i love the high top good for work however it is very slippery not like other shoes i would not recommend for behind thr bar where there is lots of water on the floor

Fix the sole!
Very poor non-slip sole will leave you walking as if you're walking on ice on wet floors which is unfortunate because it's a good looking food service manager shoe. Not sure why didn't go with a higher quality sole like those found on other MOZO shoes or the New Balance shoes(very good grip). Hopefully they fix the soles on these and release them as 2.0's

No non-slip left
Had these since march and the non-slip part of the shoes are completely gone. I have had other mozo’s and never had an issue until these.

Horrible GRIP
I have I really regret about this shoes not because the design…
IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE SOLE THE GRIP IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY UNDER WET CIRCUMSTANCES SUPPOSED TO BE NON- SLIP BUT the grip doesn’t work
Maybe is the design or something else but honestly not good shoes
Please SHOES FOR CREWS DO SOMETHING
