Frustrated
I liked all the different choices in shoes they have but ordered through HR and when I received them they were so narrow I had to send them back. I looked for several other pairs on the website and noticed they only offer 80% of the shoes in medium width so I ordered a pair from a different company. I do like Shoes for Crews so until they offer the shoes I like and i did like several different styles in a normal size not Med. I will shop elsewhere.

Hole in my sole
Wore for three months until a hole developed in the sole. Looks great. Not durable. Was offered an exchange with a turnaround of 3 weeks. For an $80+ shoe I expected more.
