Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oustanding Work Shoe for the Price! I have been a long-time customer of Shoes For Crews, having started requiring slip resistant composite shoes for the aquatics center I was managing in 2018. I have used multiple shoes from this company including the Course, and now the Gia. These shoes are fantastic! I stand and walk around 10 hours a day as a Safety Specialist, and these are great safety shoes. The only downside is that they are quite wide, so if you have narrow feet like me, you will slide around a bit in the shoe, but it can be compensated with wearing thicker socks. It also runs large, I bought a 8 and it feels more like an 8 and a half. Probably the best part of these shoes is after a day of walk around, my legs are not fatigued due to the airbag cushion, and the slight instability which makes you always remain in motion, and never stagnant when standing, which helps when you are working without a anti-fatigue mat, while also protecting your knee's. It also has a wider toe box so you don't crush your toes, leaving you without any blisters at the end of the day, and helps prevents bunions. I kind of hope the company makes one without the bubble heel for those of us with pronation issues, and instability in the ankles, and a slightly stiffer sole.
