Rated 5 out of 5 by Kay R. from My heels burn like they're on fire all the time when I work, which is 9 to 10 hr days. This shoe has been wonderful. It has great arch support which has helped with my heels. I can actually walk like a normal person after working all day, before I could not. My feet would hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I walked like a crippled person, and now I don't. I have recommended this shoe to a fellow employee and she also ordered them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by UpstateNYServer from Incredibly light and comfortable This is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn at work. I am a server and spend 30-40 hours/week on my feet at a very busy restaurant. They were a little bulkier than I expected, but the comfort is worth it. Also, I usually order a half size under my normal size with Shoes for Crews, but with this shoe I needed a half size over. I've been wearing them for a month now and couldn't be happier. I will see how they hold up, which is always the biggest challenge, but so far I love these shoes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by shelia h. from I haven't had a pair of New Balance in several years but when I did purchase I wore an 81/2 so I purchased a 9 cause the site warned to order a 1/2 size larger, when I recieved the shoes I was very surprised they were too small , returning was very easy and I recieved the 91/2 very quickly, i prefer to try on new styles but Shoes for Crews made it so easy to return, I will continue to order from them

Rated 3 out of 5 by Unifox66 from Not comfortable for long shifts I work anywhere from 6-12 hour shifts on my feet. By the time I hit the 8 hour mark, my feet are burning and I'm in pain. Love the light weight and look, just not very supportive for my needs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JSEWR from not your ususal New Balance I normally wear NB shoes in my everyday life and have loved them for years. I was excited to see they were expanding the NB line for SFC. These are not normal NB though. They are VERY uncomfortable. The toe box in pretty narrow so my feet are cramped in there. I've taken to wearing them unlaced (which means my foot slides out) so my toes get enough circulation. And the stuffing has come out of the heal and I've had to tape them up until I can buy a new pair of work shoes. Still love NB, but hate these shoes. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Angel J. from I wish this came in wider sizes. My foot isn't that wide but they are some what tight on my foot. I usually wear an 8 and ordered and 8 1/2.

Rated 1 out of 5 by dworzj68 from Most uncomfortable shoe I usually love new balance. If I’m not wearing work shoes (for serving), I’m wearing new balance tennis shoe. So I thought these would be great, a non slip new balance shoe. They were the most uncomfortable shoe. Very tight and cramped everywhere in the shoe. I tried wearing them a couple of days. My feet hurt! Of course I sent them back. I dint even want to try a different size because I don’t think that would have mattered. I am a 7.5 in every shoe. I exchanged them for Vitallity which I LOVE.
