Rated 5 out of 5 by mishmish from Love the ballet style with hard to find WIDE band! This shoe surpassed all my expectations and ties as the best flat shoe I've worn for work. It is absolutely sturdy and slip resistant. I've worn this shoe so far on 3 four day trips with up to eleven hour duty days and NOT once have my feet ever hurt or felt tired. The bed of the shoe provides cushion. Easy and quick to clean with a damp cloth. It runs about a 1/2 size big but not so bad- I didn't exchange them. These shoes are more flattering in person than the picture and the wide band looks great and is extra supportive by "hugging" your foot and holding the shoe in place. My feet feel protected in this shoe... Love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by sweetjami from Love these shoes! Got them for job, but fell in Apr. They have been my life saver...am safe on slippery surfaces, they are sooooo comfortable, don't get dirty, socks look good, and elastic strap not tight, but on swollen feet (as well as "normal" feet) are not binding. They do accomodate a wider foot, so not sure how they would feel to a true medium width (I am between a medium and wide) and do not order if you are a narrow. If you have a tendency for your foot to lean to one side, and you wear that side down first so that the shoe lets your food slide to that side, get these. They do not do that!! Have worn them practically every day since Apr and still are not wearing out. I am afraid they will be discontinued, so I am ordering a new pair even as we speak.

Rated 3 out of 5 by HaleyR from Gave me terrible blisters These shoes are super cute and exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t find anything else like them! I needed a flat dress shoe but with some sort of band because I have to walk up and down stars. I tried them on and they where super comfortable and fit great! I thought they fit true to size. But after my 4 hour shift I had horrible blisters on my pinky toes and ankles. I hope they just need broken in.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Lala from Cute but too flat Not the comfort I was expecting. Too flat for my walking comfort, but attractive on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bonny from Cute on top, but issues with the bottom half Hi, Bartender and Server here. I left a 5-star rating for the Ollie II-leather if you want to find a stellar shoe. I was disappointed in this shoe's bottom half, and this is why. I need the inside of the shoe to be flat, because I take out the manufacturerer's insole to use my own. However, it feels like there is an arch added into the ball of the foot area on both shoes. I have tried to just work a couple days with it to see if it flattens out from my weight, but it leaves my feet in excruciating pain by the end of my shift, because it is pushing up too much on a part of your foot that shouldn't be pushed up on. With the manufacturers insole, it feels like you have an elevated arch and then this extra elevated arch and it kills me. Then- the heel is too bouncy and soft, which you would think might be a relief, but the lack of firmness means lack of support, and my ankles really need a firmer structure to offer better support for a long day. SFC got this right in their Ollie II and another shoe I bought in the past but forgot the name. Cushioning is good, soft structure is not. Anyways, the over the foot strap was great for me, since my foot always slides out of shoes with open tops; it was cute but I'll have to donate these now. I would love to have these again if the bottom outer sole was built to be firm, strong, and supportive, while the second arch in the ball of the foot was removed. Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by MaineQ from High Expectations Finally a shoe that is girlie but pratical. It's super light weight with great grip and good support. The strap looks imposing but very comfortable and not intrusive. The toe box is a little narrow for my wide foot so I have to return. So SAD! I wish there were more wide width shoes with flare!!!!!
