Solid Shoe
I replace the insoles with a secondary option for my high arches. I have no complaints aside from the recommendation to order ½ size smaller.

It's not the worst, but not the best either
When I first got these shoes, they fit perfectly and were so comfortable. After a few months though, the soles got super thin and there were hard bits in the heel that were uncomfortable to walk in. They also got more and more stretched out the more I wore them, to the point of being able to fling them off if I swung my foot. That part didn't bother me as much as the heel though. After buying a gel sole to wear with them, I had a much better time with this pair and would have probably bought another pair, if the new sole was included.

the shoes are very nice looking and the material is very nice, however the sole is very hard and the fitting is very tight, so even though your size is what it is, i would recommend to order half size up to avoid the tightness. not sure if the shoes eventually wear off and becomes comfortable but for now they are too tight.

Insole is junk, "soft" heel has hard bits to it.
The heels are supposed to be padded but there are hard bits in the heels that want to dig into your heel. I bent both heels over backward in half and vice gripped them in place overnight to force them to bend away and it feels okay. The insole is complete trash, no support, I'm at the end of my first day with them and I'm not wearing them again until I put some actual support into the shoes. You WILL need to replace the insoles immediately. Otherwise, they fit well and are comfortable everywhere else even for my 13W foot. Shoes for crews is terrible in general.
