SO happy Cole Haan is making shoes that look nice and perform well. While they aren't for all day on your feet comfort they are very comfortable. I am going to buy another pair.

Like wearing slippers!
I love these shoes. I work in food service and find that these are the most comfortable shoes I've had from Shoes For Crews. The tan color is exactly what I've been looking for! Please let me know before you discontinue them, I'll get more and please add more shoes in this color.

One of the nicer looking dress shoes
These shoes are comfortable but the design of the shoes puts so much pressure on your toes. I even started to develop calluses which I have never had before. My foot slides forward and my toes are all scrunched up when I walk. I do wear these often but wish there were more options.

I typically wear these for my MOD shifts. Great appearance wise. Comfort is somewhat there, even though it is a short wedge, it is still a heel however, I also have plantar fasciitis so shoe comfort is subjective and difficult for me.
They are nice and grippy even for kitchen and bar work, and comfortable enough that I can stand for hours on end without many issues.
Toebox can be a little on the small side, but after ''breaking them in'' that wont happen anymore.

I was a bit skeptical of these as I also have the flats, and the size was way off. I still decided to give these a try and I am glad that I did. The fit this time was spot on, they are comfy for 10hr shifts on and off my feet. The grip is very acceptable for kitchen task. Being that its only a 40mm heel, it is basically like wearing a slightly taller sneaker. I would definitely purchase again.
only negative I have is that, after wearing for 8+ hours, they lose their rigidity once you remove them however, the next day they are back to normal. I have never experienced that with a shoe before, let alone a wedge.

Most stylish option
Love these but noticed the top leather scratches and peels easily, especially around the heel cup. Otherwise, I loved them!

Looks good, feels mediocre.
The shoe has a nice professional look to it, but after a long shift on your feet you feel it in your toes. I recommended them to anyone who isn't on their feet over eight hours. I like the look, but the comfort of the Cole Haan loafers aren't found here.

Don’t last long
I bought these shoes 4 months ago. I really the look, heel height and grip on the bottom. They weren’t as comfortable as my usual Cole Haans, but I added an in-sole. What I haven’t liked is that in 4 months they look like garbage. They are peeling on the toe box and around the sole. I wanted to love these shoes. I’m just sorry they didn’t hold up better.
