Very Comfortable and Sylish
These shoes are very dressy and are perfect if you wear a dress shirt and slacks. But they are also stylish and can be worn with jeans and look just as good. The first week I had them I got a blister, but every pair of boots I've owned have needed to be broken in. After that they have been perfect. Nice support and very comfortable. I stand on a cement floor all day in a supermarket and my feet and legs feel fine when I get off an 8 hr shift. And the slip resistance works great, for when I need to go in the warehouse or a department such as Service Deli. They seem durable and I plan to wear them for a while.

Please make something of similar style for women!
I would love a boot that is sleeker like this boot. The options available for women boot wise are not great - much more utilitarian with limited stylish pairs of non-slip winter shoes.

Sadly Disappointed
Bought these back in March 2023 and it’s is currently June 4 and they have already ripped from the toe area on me. These were pretty pricey so I thought they would last a little longer. I purchased these expecting them to last a very long time, as used to purchase $30 non slip shoes from Walmart that lasted at least 6 months which is a bit disappointing. I work in fast food, and I’m not doing anything to crazy either so that’s also surprising. Not sure if I just got a bad pair, but I probably wouldn’t repurchase or recommend.

Great Shoes
Shoe looks great and feels great for having to walk around a lot. It is kind of narrow towards the toe, so try to keep that in mind when ordering the size.

I’ve had these shoes for more than 6 months. I work 80 hours a week so they are pretty awesome except that they aren’t really for standing long periods of time. After 6 hours of standing and working fast paced you’ll get tired.

I wanted a stylish, sturdy, and comfortable shoe..
..so I bought this boot! I would suggest starting with your average shoe size. You might have to adjust 1/2 a size (on your biggest foot, probably up a half size) to make the bootleg, and the pointed toes, fit properly. Sliding your feet into the boots can be a little difficult at first (they use a stretchy material on each side of the calf, which holds the tension well once they are on)but they will break in after about 3 weeks (along with the foot, heel, and toe area of the boot), and those first three weeks may be a little tough. The support is great, and I've gotten many compliments, including stylish, cool, classy, clean, legit, and hipster (haha). The comfort isn't like floating on air, it's like having some serious support and structure on your feet and ankles. I could see putting an insert in, but I would have gone up a full size instead of a half size to make the inserts fit. The materials seem high quality (I wouldnt expect anything less with that price tag!), and I couldnt imagine slipping or sliding with these bad boys on. I would not suggest these boots if you have to do a lot of crouching, these seem more like standing/walking shoes to me. Overall, I've enjoyed my purchase, and I am on about 1 and 1/2 months wearing these for 50+ hours a week. I tried about 3 other shoes from SFC, and ended on these. I used to wear Walmart brand (TreadSafe) non-slip 'Ollies', which caused so much discomfort. My back and foot pain is almost non-existent now, so thank you Dockers Ashford. I doubt I will have to buy another pair for at least a year, but would be very interested in a Ashford II.

Diminishing Quality
I've been wearing Chelsea-style boots from Shoes For Crews as work shoes for the past ten years. Early on, I ordered two pairs of model Cooper, both of which lasted at least three years each. I don't know what the leather was made of, but the boot was basically indestructible. After the Cooper was sadly discontinued, I purchased the Dockers Ashford. I've purchased two pairs over two years. With the first pair, the leather on the toe box deteriorated first, becoming patchy as the leather sloughed off in layers, until eventually, the sole separated from the upper. With the second pair, the leather held up much better, but again, the sole separated from the upper prematurely. I would find this acceptable if this were a shoe in the $70-80 range, but for nearly $120, I expect more longevity. I will try to re-glue the sole with shoe epoxy, but I really just expected the product to last longer at baseline.
That said, the sole on this shoe is A1 slip-resistant, and is a very comfortable wear for an 8+ hour dynamic shift on your feet. Works well with bulky insoles as well. The shoe fits true to size, but if anything, only very slightly on the large side. As long as the soles stay on, expect the leather to stretch over time.
