Solid Shoe
I ordered a 1/2 size up as prompted and they fit well. Solid, heavy, sturdy shoe. I work in a burger restaurant and these held up well against grease and oil, and the non-slip soles definitely worked well. The pop of pinkish purple is pretty as well, and not too obvious if your employee requires solid black shoes. I also like that shoe gave me about an extra inch or two of height.
Cons: breaking in these shoes SUCKED. I added my own insoles to them, and that helped slightly. Once broken in, they were not painful to wear, but after a 10 hour shift, my feet and lower back were still killing me.

Shoes were not bought for me.
Bought shoes for a friend, she had problems with fit, she returned them for a different pair of shoes. I had nothing to do with the return. Call her and find out your details.
