Comfy, Practical, Cute, SIZE DOWN!
I had to size down by 1 whole size and even then it is a tad roomy. If you want it to fit snugly, I'd say size down a whole 1.5 sizes down. Other than that the shoe is very comfortable, I even wear it outside of work sometimes. Had it for a couple months and it feels like it will hold up and not fall apart. Also did I mention the shoe is super cute.

Sizing is WAY off
I really wanted to love this shoe. I've been waiting for a women's Chelsea boot from SFC for what feels like forever, and even emailed them about it. My problem with this shoe is that the fit is incredibly off - I am normally a 7.5, but this was too big, and 7 is STILL too big and feels at least 1 size too large. It's too loose in the heel and ankle, my foot flies around inside, but if I go to a 6 it would be too small for me in the toe box. You need to wear 2 pairs of thick wool socks to make your actual size work. I'm tired of sending these back over and over again trying to find the perfect size.. otherwise, everything about it seems very comfortable - it's very soft inside, cushion-y, and feels like it would be easy to wear during those very long shifts. If they fix the sizing and make it in black, I'm all in.
