Rated 5 out of 5 by from I put on an average of 9+ miles a day and I'm loving these boots. Have been wearing them for two weeks now. First couple shifts were rough because they were stiff and caused some rubbing on my calves, but they broke in quick and have been great ever since. I did replace the insoles with a pair of Dr Sholes gel work insoles that I had bought right before I blew out the souls of my old work boots. Didn't make a huge difference but was a slight improvement over the factory insole. Over all I highly recommend these boots. They fit true to size, have a relatively short break in period and look professional. Plus they grip on pretty much any surface.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for heavy work Working for an auto-parts-store I bought these, and they were great after a short break in period. However, I left there, and got a job as an assembler of agricultural equipment. Within a week of heavy duty work, the outer layer of "leather" was peeling. They were complete garbage within 4 months of owning, and 1 month of heavy duty work. They looked brand new on the outside before switching jobs. The inside, soles, everything else is great. The outside is trash and useless. If you have light duty work, I'm sure these would be good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not recomended I have being wearing shoes for crew for over 20 years , this style does not hold up to what I have experience with any other style. My work shoes usually last me for over 2 years, the upper layer on this shoes started to fall apart in less than 4 months. very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst shoes ever I use Shoes for Crews for my job, and I am allowed to order them once per year. I think this is the 3rd pair I've ordered, and almost immediately I regretted choosing them. The black material on the outside is not leather. It's a very thin rubber/plastic that got tears in it within my first week of wearing them. Because of this, they started to look terrible and appeared aged almost immediately. The sole on the left one has completely separated from the heel about 30% of the way to the toe after just one year of wearing them to work everyday. The sole on the right one is starting to go but not as dramatic. If you have any kind of active job, do not order these. They will not hold up. Pay a little more for real leather. My last pair, in the same job position, lasted almost 2 years. I would get that pair again if I could, but it's been discontinued.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good quality The pair of shoes lasted me 8 months, wear and tear as normal. Ripped across the toe line pretty early on. The steel portion has stubbed my toe more than once.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made with “leather” The “leather” on these boots flaked off after one month of wearing them, exposing a cheap cloth material and making them look awful. And only from walking in them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have 5 previous wides that fit fine, and these were too narrow, exchanged them for a different wide and they were good on width, but heel keeps slipping out, hopefully as the shoe softens up with use, that will stop.
