When they first arrived I was in love with the look of this shoe. After several days in the kitchen the top of the shoe began to show a big bump where it bends when you walk. Not very sharp looking anymore. It was comfortable so I didn't mind too much. Then around two months the rubber sole started to separate from the leather on BOTH shoes. I called SFC and they gladly took them back for an exchange. I expected them to last longer than two months. Not sure if this was just a defective pair or just poor materials. Either way they are among the most expensive shoes on SFC, so I was pleased they allowed the exchange. Great customer service!

This is my first pair of real kitchen shoes, and I love them. The two sets of shims allowed me to adjust the fit for my thick socks. They fit well--no slipping--without rubbing or blisters, and the gel sole is comfortable but not overly squishy. The traction is great: I feel confident taking large strides and turning quickly. I've noticed some minor squeaking on wooden floors, but nothing that anyone else would notice. My ankles still get tired after a long day, but I'm not surprised as my last pair of shoes were high tops and I have some pronation that I *think* the soles correct somewhat. The simple look and lower heel is also a plus for me. They're everything I wanted out of them!

comfortable shoe but not for the price
Purchased shoes in early January. I only wear them 2 or 3 days of the week for 10 hour shifts. By March the shoe finish is dull and by August the soles have separated from the shoe. For the price of these shoes I had higher expectations for them compared to other styles I have purchased. Other styles have lasted me 2 to 3 years at half the price. Definitely very disappointed in this expensive purchase.

Comfortable, great fit, short life
I've purchased 3 pairs of this style MOZO shoe, each had been incredibly comfortable and offer a great fit. The life of the shoe is very short. My first pair became uncomfortable after 5 months of use. The second pair had the same life. The sole came off of my last pair in 7 months.

Great look, doesnt last
I love the look of these shoes. I've purchased two pair but will not be buying a third. I thought the first pair was just a fluke but my newest pair only lasted 2 months. I bought a more expensive shoe hoping they would last longer but my walmart treadsafes had a longer life than these. Really disappointed because I love the look and feel of these shoes.

Professional look & held up long time
I have ordered SFC every 6 months or so over the last 5 years and these shoes held up the longest (1 year!) I'm a manager in a kitchen so I do a lot of laps walking around and work 40 hour work weeks and spill sauces and hot soups all the time. But these shoes can take it! Easy clean up, easy slide on. As for comfort I don't think it's the selling point on this shoe, not to say they were uncomfortable just wasn't the main attraction.

BEST SHOES IN 30 YEARS !!!!
I have been in Food Service Management for 30 years and these shoes are absolutely the best ones I have ever had. I have 2 pairs of these that I rotate through the week. I work 40+ hours a week all on my feet. They included a foam insoles that are under the gel that you can leave in or take out for that perfect fit. Wearing the right socks helped too. I wear a 9 normally and I bought a 9 and it was a perfect fit.

Not a Bad Pair of Shoes
I have worn various Shoes for crews styles for a number of years. These shoes are comfortable on the heal and bottom of the foot. They have a very nice look to them as well. However the collar of the shoe is very tight across the top, and has created a small sore on my right foot. Taking out the secondary shoe inserts did not help much. The style is a very nice one but go with something about 1/2 a size larger than what you would normally wear to avoid this issue.
