I purchased a pair of leather Carters in April 2017 and really like them for 2 whole months before they started falling apart. I work at a coffee shop and when there was a spill of hot water or coffee, these poor construction was revealed. The sole of the shoe is only held together with glue and when hot water spilled next to my foot, the glue began separating immediately.
I didn't know at first that it was the hot liquid so I thought It was possible that I may have just used them really rough and worn them out.
I had to glue them back together myself and used them for another couple months then decided I would order another pair because in my mind at the time I didn't assume that these were poorly constructed. Keeping in mind that EACH purchase after tax and shipping for the black leather Carter non-slips was $70 - I was willing to buy another cause I liked the grip and liked the style.
I purchased the second pair of Carters Sept. 2017 and about 3 or 4 months of having them another hot liquid splashed on the floor and THEN I realized that it was the hot water spills that were ruining my shoes.
Overall one star because I don't think hot spills are an uncommon event for workers who are shopping for nonslips.
Really disappointed, never shopping at Shoes For Crews again.

No well made
These shoes began to fall apart within 3 months. Took them to a shoe repair store who temporarily could fix them.

Good Shoe
I bought this shoe three months ago. I wear it casually and for work. It has held up very well, with no visual signs of wear. I wear it for three shifts a week. Downside is it does not have a lot of cushion. Do yourself a favor and invest in a pair of insoles. I would recommend this shoe to someone else.

These are all around great work shoes. They look stylish and fashion forward and very close looking to the Vans authentic. I am running around the store all day and these really impressed me. A big bowl of eggs spilled over into them while I Was preparing food in a rush and they dried very quickly and washed out great! These are probably the most casual chill shoes for crews shoe I have ever owned.

These are great. The updated version is lighter and thinner than the original Carter's. But has a streamlined performance without being quite as clunky. Almost indistinguishable from my normal street shoes, and the new logo is pretty sharp

best work shoe ever. bought them 2017 still wear them to this date. they are not in the best shape but they still feel\fit great and the soles are still in great shape.
