We'll ship your new replacement pair of Shoes For Crews before the returned pair is received back at our warehouse. We will provide you with a FedEx Tracking Number to ship your Shoes For Crews item(s) back to us. Once we see that your shoes are in transit, we will ship out your replacement pair! It's that easy!

*Refunds are subject to a return fee and do not include any original shipping cost. Our standard return fee is $6.95.
