Exchanges and returns are fast. With our Fast Lane Exchange / Return ™, we ship your new shoes while your returned pair is on the way to us, instead of waiting until we get them back.

How it works

We'll ship your new replacement pair of Shoes for Crews before the returned pair is received back at our warehouse. We will provide you with a FedEx Tracking Number to ship your Shoes for Crews item(s) back to us. Once we see that your shoes are in transit, we will ship out your replacement pair! It's that easy!
