Rated 2 out of 5 by mccamatt from Terrible Product These shoes are stylish but the overall quality of the soles of the shoe are lacking. Generally once a year I purchase a pair of Senators from Shoes for Crews, but this year I tried the Dockers and what a disappointment for a prominent shoe brand. Within the first month of wear the slip resistant outer sole started to peel off of the shoe. I glued the outer sole back to the bottom of the shoes and continued to use them. From there the shoes have quickly deteriorated and after 4 months of wear I need to replace them. Anyone looking to purchase this shoe should reconsider and purchase a pair of Senators from Shoes for Crews. Generally a pair of Senators will last me about a year before needing to be replaced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Patrick from Does not Hold Up After the first week of wearing these, I thought they were a gift from the heavens. They needed little breaking in and were not difficult to fit into to. I work in restaurants, and though my position isn’t demanding compared to others, these shoes simply could not sustain the workload I put on them. They have been exceptionally noisey in the presence of significant moisture, and though unnoticeable to passers-by, the sound has begun to annoy me when I notice it. After 2ish months (just after my 60 day return policy expires) something collapsed in the heel structure of one shoe and though annoying I didn’t notice this after being in constant motion. Shortly after that, the top of the shoe began to separate from the rubber sole. About a month later the heel structure completely failed, the rubber had cracked and separated in multiple places. I’ll be returning to my regular black senators.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from I purchased these shoes using the size guide on the website. After waiting for them to be shipped, they arrived with what can only be described as clown-like sizing. I wear a shoe size 12 in any other sneaker, dress shoe, flip flop, etc. These size 12s could only be described as clown-like. They felt at LEAST a full size too large and even after returning them for a smaller size, they were too large. I will keep trying until we get it right however, because despite the fit issues, the shoes look quite sharp and seem as if they will be comfortable once they fit my foot. My advice - go try on some dockers in a brick and mortar store first to gather the proper size before you wait a combined two and half weeks going back and forth trying to get the right size. I will say though, the exchange process is streamlined well, so while there have been issues otherwise, the actual exchange is effortless so thumbs up there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from I wanted the Senator in brown but they were back-ordered so I went with the Director. I was a bit skeptical about the slip-on fit but it has been no issue. They stay on my heel and are comfortable. I have had several other pairs of shoes from S.F.C. and have always been happy with my purchases. I expect no difference with this pair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from These run big. I wear 11-12, depending on the shoe. I ordered 11.5 as a guess and am exchanging them for 10.5, which would be the smallest size pair of shoes I own. Also, these have a "long skinny" shoe look. Not my favorite look, but wanting a brown no-slip pair of shoes, the choices here are a bit limited.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bobby from Eval of Dockers Director Shoe needs to be made in a wider width. 9 D was not wide enough. Plus in other shoes I normally can comfortably wear a 9 D. Not this one a waste of $$$
